My Dear Reader-Friend,
I'm home from my recent Spring 2013 Book Tour, where I met such friendly folk in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, including Facebook friends for the first time...in person. Several traveled three hours and longer, one way, with their families or friends to meet me. I'm still very honored and truly enjoyed getting to know each of you better!

Now, the BIG news!
The World Premiere for the Beverly Lewis' The Confession movie will air on Saturday, May 11 at 9/8 Central time, on the Hallmark Channel. Tell everyone eager to know what happens to Katie Lapp as she's on her desperate search for her birth mother.
Fun tidbit: our older daughter Julie and granddaughter Ariel are special EXTRAS in this movie. See if you can find them in the gala fund-raising scene where Laura Mayfield-Bennett introduces the Amish imposter as her long lost daughter, Katherine.
As for writing deadlines, The Secret Keeper is being edited as I write this and I'm delighted to tell you it is on time for a fall release: September 3. Mark your calendars, and tell your friends.
It's certainly an exciting time all around considering my musical/play "The Confession" is opening in three locations again this year: Bird-in-Hand, PA (Lancaster County), Sugarcreek, OH, and Shipshewana, IN. If you haven't seen this remarkable and inspiring show, I highly recommend it, as do Bill and Gloria Gaither and many others, calling it "Broadway worthy." You'll fall in love with the cast...and Katie's story all over again.
